We make it easy for you to get the perfect portrait of your canine companion! Just order through our easy-to-use shop, then send us your image. Email halspetpals@gmail.com with your order number and photos of your pet, as well as any information you think would be helpful to us in completing your original portrait. It'll take about 2-6 weeks to complete, depending on how busy we are. That's it! 

 

If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your portrait, email us and we'll do our best to rectify the situation. We want you to be happy with the way we portray your pup!
